Disney Week Adventure: Moana-Inspired Boat Challenge at Wembley Summer Camp

This week, our Summer Camp set sail for adventure during our exciting Disney Week!
Inspired by Disney’s Moana, campers build and design boats out of cardboard and duct tape to test their creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. The real test started when all of the masterpieces were finished: navigating the pool on their boats to see if they could stay afloat and reach the other side.
Campers were encouraged to use their imaginations and collaborate to make their ideas a reality. Every boat was different and represented the creativity of its crew, from vibrant designs to creative building methods.
At Wembley Summer Camp, we love creating memorable experiences that combine fun, friendship, and hands-on learning. Disney Week was filled with laughter, excitement, and adventure, and the Moana-inspired boat challenge was undoubtedly one of the week’s highlights.
The creativity, determination, and teamwork displayed by our campers made this activity a memorable experience for everyone involved. We can’t wait to see what adventures the rest of the summer brings!
