To get started, simply complete the short form. After submission, we will set up your guest account within 24 hours.

Once your account is ready, you’ll receive instructions on how to add guests through the ARENA app and MINDBODY platform.

If your child is not yet listed in the ARENA app or MINDBODY system, or if you need to book classes for them, we can help.

To set up a child account:

• Complete the short registration form
• We will create the account within 24 hours
• You will receive email instructions once it is ready

Important: All children and teens must be registered under their own name—not the parent’s. This helps us properly manage classes, events, and safety planning.
