Private Events
Each event at the Wembley Club, Chagrin Falls, is special. We treat our members and their guests just as we would like to be treated while delivering exceptional food and service. From our attentive service staff to our delightful kitchen crew, we know you will love having your next event at Wembley.
Please fill out the following form if you would like to host a private event. We’ll take care of all your party needs—from business meetings and corporate retreats to engagement parties, wedding showers, and private events!
Members: Your Wembley Account will be charged
- Flat Event Fee: $150
- Additional Guests: $10 per guest after the first 10 guests
- Lifeguard Fees if there are more than 12 in a party
- $200 service fee to order through Big M
Nonmembers:
- Flat Event Fee: $350
- Additional Guests: $10 per guest after the first 10 guests
- Lifeguard Fees if there are more than 12 in a party

Flat Fee Includes:
- 3-hour event
- Lifeguard for up to 12 kids
- Paper Products: Cups, Utensils, Napkins, & Plates
- Party set up/clean up
Pool Party:
- Lifeguard Fees:
- 1-12 swimmers: No Charge
- 13-24 swimmers + $120
- 25-40 swimmers + $240
- Location Details:
- Bubble Down: Events are held by the pond
- If it rains, we can move inside to our Event Room!
- Bubble Up: Events are in the left corner
No Inflatable pool toys!
Lifeguards are in charge of the music.
