Spend 30 minutes working hard on the bike and then move into the strength training portion of class. A full body workout that will leave you sweaty and stronger!
An inspiring and sweaty 30 minute spin followed by a focus on core and strength. You will leave class with a great full body workout!
An interval workout that uses both the bike and strength training equipment. After 5 minutes of cycling to great music, we hop off the bike and spend 3 to 4 minutes doing strength training, then it's back on the bike for the next round of intervals. Great for any fitness levels.
A group cycling class designed for all fitness levels. This class involves various cycling drills such as hills, sprints and intervals that offer an exhilarating cardiovascular workout.
A weight-based group fitness class that consists of 60 minutes of working major muscle groups through a series of compound and isolation based exercises, including squats, presses, dead lifts, etc. the focus is strength, muscular endurance and aerobic training. This class will leave you feeling stronger all over.
A great mix of cardio and strength training that will push your limits and challenge you to have fun working out! This class will use a variety of equipment and intervals. Get ready to work!
Blast calories and strengthen your core through a variety of different workouts. Some days step, some days BOSU, some days sports conditioning, spinning or circuit– but bottom line, you will challenge your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds every time. We will finish class with an intense core workout. Come get sweaty and strong!
A full body workout that will leave you feeling longer and leaner. This class focuses on back and core strength while working your glutes, quads and hamstrings to the max. It's great for toning, lengthening and stretching your body to keep great posture while working out. A great addition to any fitness routine.
Getting Fit in the Pool
Start with a 10 minute warm-up followed by 30-40 minutes of CARDIO and CORE work along with water weights. A great way to get fit in the pool!
WWF: Women With Free Weights
Alternating Cardio Intervals with upper body work using 3-5lb dumbbells. Participants bring their own dumbbells to class and we meet at the pool.
Primary focus is on Lower Body. After a 10 minute warm-up we get into 45 minutes of work done in shallow and deep ends of pool with participants using aqua noodles/belts so that feet are off the floor of the pool. Workout consists of various forms of cycling and other leg movements to work the lower body and core muscles.
